I felt the heat in my heart
Scorching and melting the emotions
Making it melt the resolve
of staying unaffected

The Irascible flame of my heart
Wasn’t felt and was dormant till now
Suddenly got kindled by your behaviour
and erupted to the height of it

My heart assumed you as its mate
Giving all of it to you unconditionally
Showering love on you unabated
without any limitations or demands

You appeared very genuine and appealing
Trustworthy and adoringly lovable to me
Giving all your attention to my heart’s desires
Helping in attaining that satisfaction of having you around

Alas! How deceiving was your exterior
The mask came off and my heart felt the deceit
Arousing the Irascible flame in my heart
Fanning it to glow furiously

Wait, it will engulf you ferociously
Flaring flame will churn you to ashes
Your identity will be smothered now
And the anger of my heart will scorch you for sure!

Don’t ever take my feelings for granted
Don’t ever try to deceive me
You’ll experience the wrath of my heart
And the so-called love of yours will be shattered to pieces!!
