Positives:
The time we are living in, everyone is going through mental health issues. Some face it due to deliberation by other while some others have been impacted unknowingly. This book is a progressive compilation of poems talking about post traumatic syndrome, depression and affirmation with positive endings. In some of the stories the proper structuring of the sentences needed little bit more effort.

You can even give it to someone whom you think needs it right now as the contributing authors have shared their life experiences in the forms of poetries and stories. Our conclusion is to read and gift to create awareness about importance of mental health.
