Just when I was about to leave,\r\nFate pulled me by the sleeve...\r\n\r\nThe stars did not fall from the sky,\r\nFrom her open hair, they slipped goodbye...\r\n\r\nMy feet stood cold,\r\nLike a memory old...\r\n\r\nMe? Just a vagabond,\r\nWith stories untold...\r\n\r\nShe? Just a mystery,\r\nYet untold...\r\n\r\nHer steps were slow,\r\nLike that of death\u2019s glow...\r\n\r\nHer eyes met mine,\r\nLike the best of the wine...\r\n\r\nShe pulled me in close,\r\nAs if a secret she chose...\r\n\r\nHer touch was like fire,\r\nBut I didn\u2019t care...\r\n\r\nHer lips, soft and warm like velvet,\r\nWhispered to me tonight, \u201cWe can\u2019t forget.\u201d\r\n\r\nLike wolves came the gangs,\r\nEyes on her throne...\r\n\r\nBut she was a queen,\r\nAnd they mere stones...\r\n\r\nShe handed me a gun,\r\nHer fingers like fire...\r\n\r\nA weapon in my hand,\r\nFueling our desires...\r\n\r\nThe first shot rang,\r\nLike a bell that sang...\r\n\r\nWith every shot fired,\r\nOur lips met in the frenzy...\r\n\r\nA kiss in the chaos,\r\nAfter every kill...\r\n\r\nWe burned, no pause,\r\nThe blood of others splattered...\r\n\r\nOn the cold, hard ground,\r\nAmidst which our love...\r\n\r\nKnew no bounds...\r\n\r\nWith each shot that rang,\r\nOur clothes fell away...\r\n\r\nA symphony of skin,\r\nAs we danced in disarray...\r\n\r\nHer skin against me,\r\n\r\nA fire that burned bright...\r\n\r\nThe world around me disappeared,\r\nIn the pleasure of the night...\r\n\r\nBullets whizzed past,\r\nLike death\u2019s kiss...\r\n\r\nYet in her arms,\r\nI found my bliss...\r\n\r\nThe air thick with,\r\nSmoke and rage...\r\n\r\nThe storm of bullets,\r\nA deadly stage...\r\n\r\nMen fell like shadows,\r\nCut by the light...\r\n\r\nA dance of death,\r\nIn the moonless night...\r\n\r\nThrough the haze,\r\n\r\nOur hearts beat fast...\r\n\r\nA twisted love,\r\nIn a world overcast...\r\n\r\nThe ground beneath,\r\nWas now stained red...\r\n\r\nA river of life,\r\nNow turned dead...\r\n\r\nThe last shot came,\r\nLike a ghost in the night...\r\n\r\nHer blood mixed with mine,\r\nAs we fought the fight...\r\n\r\nTogether we ran,\r\nThrough the molten gold...\r\n\r\nThe waterfall turning,\r\nBurning the river bold...\r\n\r\nThe gang was no more,\r\n\r\nLost in the flames...\r\n\r\nBut our love, like the fire,\r\nRemained untamed...\r\n\r\nThe gold, it burned,\r\nBut we didn\u2019t care...\r\n\r\nFor in that moment,\r\nWe were everywhere...\r\n\r\nWhat next?
